About us
For over 20 years, Pailin has been one of Thailand’s leading laser metal cutting companies; specialising in manufacturing components for automotive, petrol, and mechanical industries. We provide professional services with innovative technologies from prototype through to production. By using state-of-the-art machinery from Germany and Japan, we produce rapid precision sheet fabrication from designing, laser cutting, turret punching, bending, welding to assemble, and molding.

Design
Before starting any project, our clients can directly discuss with our engineer designer in order to create and test models to exact specifications for the prototype.
Cutting
Our advanced laser cutting machine is incredibly fast and versatile. It can render the end products to have a smooth finished look.
Turret Punching
We employ our top-of-the-line turret punching machine to carry out the punching process with precision. Following this, a lathe meticulously trims the edges and sides of the metal until it attains the desired size and shape, ensuring perfection in every detail.
Bending & Welding
Once the metal parts are expertly crafted through laser cutting or punching to achieve the correct shape, they advance to assembly where they are carefully welded together to create the final product, ensuring precise configuration and exceptional quality.
CNC Machining Center
Our CNC machining processes excel in crafting billet components, serving prototype to mid-volume production requirements, including the creation of intricate parts.
Operating from our CNC machine tool center, we conduct drilling, milling, and lathe operations with utmost precision. This results in superior quality, precise surface finishes, and streamlined production timelines, ultimately reducing costs and delivery times.
Powder Coating
We employ a comprehensive surface finishing process tailored for metal parts, comprising surface preparation, coating application, and heat curing stages. Our meticulous approach ensures optimal adhesion of the powder and impeccable quality in the finished goods. Additionally, our multi-step cleaning procedures delicately cleanse the surface throughout the process, further enhancing the overall quality assurance.
